PERSONAL LAW.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Aβ regards " Pollex's" and other contributions re personal law, will you permit me to observe that while I think it objectionable that judges should formulate a personal law, I consider it equally dangerous and pernicious to have judges who can be allured or frightened from holding the scales of justice equally between the rich and poor, or expressing their conscientious convictions in open Court.—l am, &c., Civis.
