GAMBLING AND BANKRUPTCY.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNKDIX, Monday. In the bankruptcy sitting, to-day, Justice Williams remarked in the case of Job Cotton, racehorse trainer, iliac the bankrupt had carried on a gambling business. He did not think the Act was intended to relieve men who into difficulties by gambling, and though his discharge was recommended by the creditors, he declined to make an order.
