DISEASE AMONG STOCK.
[BY TKLEGEAPH. —press association.] Dunedin, Friday. At a meeting of the Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Mr. McFarlane, the' chairman, who has been on a visit to Victoria, stated that he had been informed on pood authority that; a good deal of pleuropneumonia existed in Victoria. After consideration a resolution was passed urging the Government to communicate with the Stock Departments of Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania, and to obtain information on the subject, and if pleuro was found to exist, six months' quarantine should be imposed on stock coining from an infected colony.
