A FRENCH INVENTION. THE SECRET SAID TO BS SOLVED.

Paris, September 12. A French seronaut claims that he has solved the problem of balloon navigation, and asserts that by his scheme he will be able to travel in a balloon in any direction at the rate of sixty miles an hour. A public trial of hia invention will be made shortly.
