NIHILIST OUTRAGE.
MURDER AND ROBBERY. [press association.] St. Petersburg, August 31. The Nihilists have murdered a rich widow residing in the city, who was suspected of having betrayed their secrets to the police. The murderers left a knife in the wound, on which was engraved, " Vengeance to traitors," and decamped with 30,000 roubles.
