SPEECH OF KAISER WILLIAM, [press association.] Berlin, August 26. The Emperor William, in addressing a meeting in connection with the Order' of St. John of Jerusalem, appealed to the nobility to help him in realising the ideal of a nation whose people possessed a high sense of honour, whose religion was based on true Christian principles, and whose moral standing was uninx peachable.
