THE OTAGO UNIVERSITY.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, Monday. The public presentation of diplomas in connection with the New Zealand University, to Otago students, took place to-night at the Princess Theatre. The students had regularly arranged a programme of songs for the various interval?, but beyond this everything was most orderly. Those who received diplomas were:—M.A. : Miss A. Forlert, Messrs. T. B. Allen, J. R. Don, R. Donald, J. R. Montgomery, G. E. Sumner, W. E. Spencer, C. Milton. B.A. : Misses F. Allan, M. Ferguson, R. Fraser, Messrs. J. Aitken, J. Bee, C. Little, W. Macalister, W. Smith, A. H. Treadwell. Professor Salmond presided, and addresses were given by Dr. Brown and the Rev. A. R. Fitchett.
