A CAPTAIN CHARGED WITH ASSULT.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. Gustav Krohn, a seaman on board the barque Clan MacLeod, which arrived from New York last week, has laid an information against Captain MacLeod, accusing him of assault on the high seas. The case will be heard on Wednesday.
