TE AROHA ITEMS.
[by telegraph.--own correspondent.] Te Aroha, Friday. The annual congregational re-union in con* nection with St. Mark's Anglican Church was held in the Public Hall on Wednesday evening. The Rev. J. D. Marshall, incumbent, presided. There was a large gathering of members and friends. After tea a very successful musical entertainment was given, and interesting addresses were delivered by the Rev. Chairman and the Rev. S.*Lawry (Wesleyan). Mr. E. Y. Cox also spoke, and urged the congregation to take steps for the erection of a parsonage. Anniversary church services were held the Sunday previous, and Were largely 1 attended morning and evening. The weather during the greater part of the week has been very inclement.
