THE MAORI WILL CASE.

[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION".] Wellington, Monday. The Chief Justice delivered judgment in the Renafa will case this morning. Probate was granted to Tirini Donnelly. After the judgment, which was very lengthy, was concluded, Mr. Bell, counsel for Broughton, gave notice of appeal at the November sitting of the Court. It was agreed that probate should not bo issued pending the appeal. Costs were given against Broughton, and are not to be paid out of the estate.
