The following is the list of cases set down for hearing at the Civil Sittings of the Supreme Court, which commence on Monday next: — WITH A JURY OF FOUR. Hector McQuarrie v. Donald McGregor, for specific performance, or for damages. WITHOUT JURY. The Colonial Bank of New Zealand v. Thomas Hendenson, for £43 9s 6d, amount due by Mount Eden Sawmill Company to the plaintiff. Louis Ehrenfried v. Patrick Gleeson, for specific performance and for writ of injunction. L. A. Durrieu, Provincial Auditor, v. Alexander Brodie and five others, county councillors, of Thames : To refund certain moneys. George North v. Victor Hassen: For £262 ss, amount of dishonoured promissory note. Elizabeth Bailey and Edward Albert Bailey v. Rhoda Lee and others : That a certain declaration of trust be annulled. S. Percy Smith v. Vaile and Douglas : For specific performance. Angus Stewart and Margaret _ Stewart v. Thomas Coates and Robert Blair : That accounts be rendered, etc. Alexander Mackie v. Hugh R. Laing and others, for writ of injunction and damages £100. Edward Pilkington and others v. John Pilkington, for probate of the will of Edward Pilkington (deceased). George Edgcurabe and others v. Walter Derham, for £155 15s. DIVORCE COURT. Humphreys v. Humphreys and others, for divorce on the ground of the wife's adultery. • Campton v. Camptwn and another : That rule Jim be made absolute. Henderson v. Henderson and another, for decreo nisi.
