THE WEATHER IN AUSTRALIA. Sydney, June 21. The weather is extremely cold in New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. Snow has fallen at Adelaide, and several of the inland towns of the other colonies. COSTLY RAILWAY ACCIDENT. Melbourne, June 21. All the claims for damages in connection with the Windsor railway accident have been settled. The cost to the colony is £125,000. VICTORIAN PARLIAMEN T. Melbourne, June 21. The Address-in-Reply was adopted in the Legislative Council. The debate on the Address-in-Reply is proceeding in the House. Strong exception is taken to the action of the Government in regard to the exclusion of the Chinese.

Bran is dull: New Zealand, 9£a ; local, 10d. Pollard, New Zealand, 9£d ; local, 10d. Potatoes, £3 5s ; Circular Heads, £3 10s ; Warrnambool, £5 10s. Onions, £5 10s. Wheat, chick, 2s 10d to 3s. Melbourne, June 21. Wheat is 3s 3id ; oats, 2s 9d ; barley, 2s 8d; malting ditto, 5s 4d; bran, 9id. Flour is unchanged. Sugar: China and Mauritius, £22. Adelaide, June 21. Breadstuffs are unaltered. General lines are stagnant.
