THE WRECK NEAR HOKITIKA.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—ln a letter signed "Fox's" to-day, describing the wreck at Hokitika, he say the vessel was screwed together with wooden screws. On the beach, embedded in • the sand above high water mark, at tho mouth of the Toreparu River, on the north side of Aotea harbour, is a wreck of a similar description. Is there any connection between the two ?— am, &c., 150, Queen-street. T. B. Hill.
