London, April 18. Wheat : An Australian February shipment of 7000 quarters has been sold at 33s 3d. Five thousand quarters AprilMay shipment has realised 3d more. A steamer cargo of March shipment has been sold at 32s 6d.
At the wool sales to-day, 14,000 bales were sold ; last quotations were maintained.
London, April 17. At the wool sales to-day, 14,000 bales were sold. One hundred and twentynine thousand bales have been sold since the opening of the series, and nine thousand bales have been withdrawn. Wool sales are brisk. The lower class crossbreds have fully recovered.
