MINISTERIAL MOVEMENTS.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Wellington, Friday. The Hon. Mr. Hislop has returned to Wellington, and it appears to be settled that the Premier and Defence Minister will go South on Monday next. lam informed that Sir Harry Atkinson has no desire to deliver any political address during his sojourn there.
