EMPEROR FREDERICK'S THROAT
IMPROVING.
London, March 27. The Emperor Frederick's larynx haa improved since Sir M. McKenzie removed a large piece of loose cartilage. He suggests that the disease is not of a cancerous nature. LEG-BEFORE-London, March 27. The Marylebone Club have decided not to alter the rule relating to leg-before-wicket.
