♦ [press association.] Sydney, March 12. The cricket match, Lilly white's and Australian Eleven, was resumed to-day. The former have made 255 for six wickets. Shrewsbury, not out, 120; Briggs, 54; Lohmann, 39. The Lillywhite's team at the conclusion of the day's play lost eight wickets for 355. Shrewsbury, not out, 183; Smith, 40. Melbourne, March 12. The match, Vernon's team v. Victorian Eleven, was continued today. The Englishmen in their second i .nings have lost eight wickets for 347. Reed, nob out, 142 ; Stoddard, 75; Abel, 43; Peel, 30.
