London, September 26. The Samoan Conference, which ha? been sitting at Washington, has adjourned until the Autumn to enable the members to confer with their respective Governments. The German Government is willing to recognise the chiefs who are actually exercising authority in any part of Samoa, and it ia therefore unlikely that England will interfere with the Germans.
