A start has been made at filling np the allotment, corner of Albert and Cook-street part of tLs Market Reserve. It has been a depot for all sorts of unhealthy refuse, and the partial tilling up of the hole has aided in continuing the footpath on the north side of Cook-street to the Cook«streefc eutranoe P* the City Market,
