A further conference of representatives of the different municipalities of Victoria was held in Melbourne to-day, for the purpose of discussing the most appropriate manner to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee. It was decided to communicate with the other colonies, to ask if they would join in presenting to Her Majesty a crown made of colonial gold, studded with 50 diamonds, to represent the years of her reign.
