'he following is the complete list of the Moderate candidates who have consented to stand for the several city wards in connection with the forthcoming election of the Licensing Committees. We understand that the candidates for all the wards, while representing Moderate opinion consider themselves quite independent and free to administer the Act according to their convictions : — Ni.rtii Ward.—Messrs.
