BANKRUPTCY.
Meeting o? Cbhditorh. Robert Jbnkinson.—An adjourned meeting in this estate wan held yesterday at the Official Assiguoe's office. There were present the debtor and his solicitor (Mr. MoKeohuie), Messrs. VV. J. Courtney, Cameron, Knox, Cannon. The meeting bad been adjourned in order that the debtor might have an opportunity to make an oiler for the estate. He now said he oonld make no offer as he had no backers, bat he was willing to assist in realising the estate, and would give all the assistance in his power. It was finally agreed that tho estate be realised by the Official Assignee, and that Mr. Jenkinson be allow ed his furniture. The meeting then terminated.
