At a meeting of the Canterbury Fruit, growers' Association, it was decided to send home a trial shipment of fruit if arrangement! could be made for a cool chamber. Mr. F, Wilding stated he had manufactured some cider as an experiment, and it had turned out a great succeai. He had no doubt but that a very good local market oould be found for the surplus fruit if it were utilised in thlij way,
