The Northern Co.'s s.r. Gairloch, arrived f from Waitara yesterday, with 29 head of cattle, 150 sheep, and 2 horses. She leaves again for the same port at noon to-day. The a.s. Staffa arrived from Waitara yester- ' day, with 100 sheep, 12 tons frozen meat, 12 casks tallow, 268 cases meat, and several packages butter. She leaves again for the same I port at one o'clock to-day. 1 The 8.8. Hannah Mokau arrived from W aitara ' yesterday morning, with 20 head cattle and 160 sheep. " The Union Co.'s s.s. Botorua, 576, B. H. Neville, arrived alongside the wharf at 1 6.30 a.m. yesterday. She left Lyttelton at 9.15 p.m. on the 10 th inst., reached ' Wellington at 0.45 p.m., and left at 9 p.m. on the 11th ; called at Picton, and | reached Nelson at 0.30 p.m. Sailed at 2.30 p.m. on the 12th, and arrived alongside Tara- ' naki Breakwater at 6.10 a.m. on the 13th ; resumed voyage at 3.10 p.m. same day; 1 crossed Manukau bar at 4.50 a.m. on the 14tb, arriving as above. Had light variable winds and fine weather to arrival.
