Firstly— BERHAMPORE TANNERY, comprises Sections 101 <, and parts of Sections 1011, 1014. and 1015, on plan of th- City of Wellington, containing 3 acres (more or less), is distant two »nd a-half miles from the Qaean> Wharf, and within half-mile from the tramway terminus.
