Stuart, Deputy Chairman of the Association during his visit to Ghristchurcb, and Mr. A. G. Morton, Chairman of the Auckland branch, a local Board has been formed here with the Hon. W. Reeves, M.L.C.,' and; Mr. R. H. Webb as directors, to have control over all the company's ■ agencies in the ' South Island, aided by Mr. J. J. Spring, district agent for Otago.
