An entertainment and ball was given in the Oddfellows Hall, Kaeo, by the Kaeo Variety Troupe, lately organised under the auspices of the Oddfellows' Lodge here. The first part of the entertainment consisted of negro songs, conundrums, &o. The songs were especially good, namely Bones' "Hen' Convention," Sambo's " Hazors in the Air," T. Herbert's " Happy Sam," and not forgetting R.
