THE UNION STEAM SHIP COMPANY Will despatch the S.S. TARAWERA On two Excursions to the West Coast Sounds of the Aliddle Island, the fi st leaving Port Chalmers (I'.'unedin) on SATURDAY, 17th January, 1885 and the second on MONDAY. 26;h Januaiy. Each trip will occupy eight days fiom Port Chalmers, during which the most beautiful of the Sounds will be visi'ed, and >p-cial facilities will be given for fishing, shooting, sketching, and exploring these wonderful Fiords, where Nature is seen in her grandest aspects. The 'octal enjoyment o' passengers is made a special failure of these Excursions, the whole trip taking the form of an extended picnic. In order to prevent overcrowding, only a limited number of passengers will be taken. Fare-£l2 from Port Chalmers; from other Ports, £10, in addition to Return Fare to Port Chalmers.
