N BW3 per the Tongariro, re the railway negotiations, from Mr. "Vesey Stewart, is of a most satisfactory nature, and points to a complete success. The contractors for the line have communicated with Captain S.C. Turner, C E., instructing him as to the survey of the proposed route. The capital of the London company has been increased from.a quarter of a million to four hundred thousand pounds, and much confidence is felt in monetary. ciroleß in London on. the venture.being a success.,
