A: despatch has been received by His Excellency the Governor,from, the Secretary of State for the Colonies, intimating that, the Queen will not be advised .. to exercise Her Majesty's power of disallowance in respect of any of the Acts passed last session by the Kew 7paland Parliament, but that the consideration of Sir. George Grey's Confederation and Annexation Act has been reserved until the proceedings of the Sydney Conference shall have been considered. by the Imperial Government., ,
