CHARGE OF INFANTICIDE.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCTATXON.] Wellington, Saturday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Kate Boyle, on the charge of wilfully murderinc her infant female child, was committed for trial. In answer to the question if she had anything to say, she replied, " I did not kill the oliild." The evideno? adduced was similar to that given at the inquest on the 17th ultimo. The question of allowing bail was deferred. Accused is in a delicate state of health.
