Great P consternation was felt in the town when it ; became known that two ladies, residents of tbo district, Mrs. Arthur Graham and Mies Mnry Hazelwood, had lost their lives by drowning. It appears that the two hdies were out boating in Cue Billatong, in com- ' pany with Mr. George Earrer, agod about ,r 24, John Hazelwood, about 15,- and Alfred,.,*, Brennan, aged eight years.
