FOOTBALL.

A football match was played atOnehnnga on ] Saturday, 22nd, between the Auckland G. S. 2nd 15 and the Onehunga' G. S. 15, which resulted in a wiu for the A. G. S. by one try to nil. Winks and Calvert played well for the A. G. S., while Howard, Daniell, and Hunt did likewise for the O. G. S. Darnell i and Hunt were most conspicuous for their speeling, once getting within three yards and ten yards respectively of the goal line. [from our own orrbsposdest.] Cambhidoe, Monday. The return match between the Cambridge and Hamilton colts came off in the Govern- | ment paddock hero on Saturday and resulted linadmw. The Hamilton team was captained by J.
