To-day Messrs. B. Tonka and Co. will hold importa-t tules of freehold land. The township of "l'awhare, eleven miles from iiamilfcor. together with the suburban lands, will be sold. The township is divided into 141) allotments, gonerally about a quarter of un acre, and the suburban lots are laid off in sizes from 4 acres to 79 acrts. The land is rich alluvial soil, well drained, aud in grass or clover. The same firm will also sell the township of Springside. Tho property is within three-quarters of a milo of the Mount Albert railway station, and offers special advantages to thoso who desire to possess a freehold near the Waterworks, Messrs. Garrett's turnery, and the asylum. It has a good elevation, and commands a fine view.
