Dr. Buller reported to the Court the progress made during the adjournment, and said that lists had been prepared for the several subdivisions, aud these lists he was prepared to ha::d in after certain alterations had been made on the map now before the Court. He sai-l that although he considered it very desirable for the se.-eral sections of the tribe to agree upon separate apportionments of tae block, he found it impossible to force his clients into any arrangement of the laud. Persons having separate claims within tlie estate, through lather and mother, insisted on being admitted on both sides, on the principle already laid down in other cases. He proposed, therefore, to hand in the lists, and to leave the matter to the Court. The hearing is likely to occupy the Court till the adjournment for the Christmas vacation.
