The Northern Co.'s steamer Macgregor left at eleven a.m. yesterday, with about 15 tons sundries. The s.s. Kowena steamed for floki&ngr» yesterday afternoon, with 310 b:ig3 tijur, and about 25 tons sundry merchandise. Th© Union Co.'a s.s. Waualca arrived from the South with thu Southern portion of the outward San Francuco mail, at seven a.m. 3'esterday, and returned South at four p.m., conveying about '25 tons mercli indise and 12 tons potatoes, for all portß. The s.s. Lalla Hookh arrived from Waitara yesterday afternoon, with OS kegs butter and a quantity of suudries.
