Dr. Buller put in a drawing ehowing approximately the position and extent of the reserves required by the Ngatihaua. He asked the Court to refer the tracing to the surveyor in attendance, to compare with the original map before the Court, for the purpose of correcting any errors, as he declined to accept any personal responsibility in such matters after the technical error complained of yesterday. This was accordingly done. Mr. Sheehan then stated the divisions proposed by his clients, aud Jikewise their requirements in the matter of reserves. He read a schedule describing them, aud promised later on to produce a tracing showing the boundaries. At the adjournment the Judge expressed an earnest hope that the several paties would meet and settle by mutual consent the lists of names for the certificates, in order that a final adjudication might be made on Monday. The counsel engaged concurred in this.
