THE GOLDFIELDS.
Home Rule (Tiki). —The mine manager telegraphs to the company's office :—" Best specimens ever had from mine got last night. Will send up a sample by Mr. Foley.—John Bremnar." Soccess : (Cokomandel).—The mine manager reports:—"During the past week I have been getting a little gold at almost every breaking down of the reef in the stopes. The quantity on hand is abontßozs., and finer in quality than it wa3 lower down in the stopes. Main Level (South): The reef is about 8 inches, carrying prospects of loose gold ; nothing seen in the stone. Low Level: There is no change in the ground. A small leader has been cut carrying good indications of gold.—Peter Reid." [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] Coromandel, Friday. Home Rule—The manager brought in a parcel of very rich stone from the new reef cut in No. 2 drive. He reports about 2001bs in hand, and a splendid show in the face, which is causing a good deal of excitement. Stanlky.—The manager reports a very great improvement in the mine.. A email pared ol very good specimens were got a few days ago, and the general appearance of the mine is decidedly better. Shares are inquired for at a low figure.
