WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.
[fir TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Chrtstchokch, Friday. At the morning sitting the Rev. Thomas Buddie asked leave to retire as a supernumerary. Rev. W. Watkins expressed his high esteem for Mr. Buddie, and moved that leave be granted with regret. Rev. A. Reid moved as an amendment that the Rev. T. Buddie be asked to reconsider his decision, which was carried. Mr. Buddie consented to do so. Applications from the Revs. Messrs. Kirk and Watkins were similarly dealt with. The afternoon was taken up with examiners' reports and probationers. Messrs. Salter, Gray, and Buttle were unanimously admitted into full connexion. All the probationers passed in their respective years, Messrs. Isitt, Gray, Brooke, and Slade heading the list in each year, Mr. Isitt coming out especially well. [In our yesterday's paper it was stated that 15 votes for the Presidency were recorded for "Rev. Jas. A. Lee." This is apparently a mistake for Rev. James Taylor.] [BY TELEGRAPH. —PREMS ASSOCIATION.] Chkistchctrch, Friday.
