BANKRUPTCY.
Re Frank Kowlinson. —A meeting of creditors in this estate was held yesterday. The debtor was described as a baker carrying on business at the North Shore. The liabilities -were set down at £2G3 7s 2d, and the assets at £230, made up as follows : Land at Takapuna, £180, stock and trade implements £10, furniture £10, book debts £30. Mr. Thomas Macffarlane was elected trustee. Re Thomas Fryer. —A meeting of creditors was held yesterday in this estate. The liabilities were set down at £35 19s 6d. The debtor was described as a labourer. The only asset Bet down was £5 for furniture. Mr. Thomas Macffarlane was appointed trustee.
