CRICKET MATCHES.
A match, Otahuhu C.C. v. Onchunga C.C., will be played on Brookficld's Flat, Oiiehunga, to-day (Saturday), at 2.30 p.m. * : The * Onehunga team will consist of Brennan (4), > Donovan, Murdoch, Patten, Beavers, Eastwood, Brown, Barr, and Garrett emergency. A match, between the Union C.C. and the Onehunga second eleven, will be played at the Whau this afternoon. A break will leave Fernahan's Hotel, Onehunga, at one o'clock. Onehunga will be represented by Mooney, Howard, Harris, Shaldrick, Jeffries, Jackson, Molloy, Hunt, Black, Lawton, I and Hills. Emergencies : Cullen, Oilman, . and Bowera. A match will be played to-day on the Onehunga ground between the Onehuuga 1 School and the Auckland College aud Gram- - mar School second eleven. The players are :—Onehunga : Messrs. Cullen (captain), McGrath, Higgins, Brenan, Bray, Murdoch, Millar, Donovan, Moran, Kemp, and McGillivary. Auckland : Messrs. Clayton (captain), Ansenne, Goulstone, Bloomfield, t Wiuks, Ashton, Lawford, Eatgeu, Sloane, Calvert, and Lundou. The Auckland players are requested to leave for Onehunga by the 12 o'clock train. A match will be played this afternoon between the Civil Service and second eleven West End Clubs. Play to commence as soon after 2 o'clock as possible. A match will be played on the Surrey Hills ground this afternoon between elevens of the Alpha and Excelsior Clubs. Play to commence at 2.15 p.m. The following are names of players : — Excelsior : Messrs. Waddingham, Burns, Colgan, Craig, Mills, Smith, Hobson, Stevenson, Gault, and Machattie ; emergencies, Rogers and Sexton. i Alpha : Messrs.
