MORE SMALL-POX. Sydney, December 1. Several fresh cases of small-pox are reported, and it is feared that the epidemic is increasing. THE ENGLISH ELEVEN. Sydney. December 1. The cricket match between the English team and twenty-two of Orange has resulted in a victory for the former by one innings and 96 runs. AUSTRALIAN MARKETS. Melbourne, December 1. New Zealand oats declined to 3s 2d for feeding, and 3s od for nulling sorts. The market is dull, and there is little doing in oats. Owing to the pressure of other business, the consideration of the Land and Railways Construction Bills, introduced by the Government in the legislative Assembly, has been postponed until next session. Adelaide, December 1. Wheat is quoted at 5s 3d. The market is weak and irregular. SHIPPING. Sydney, December 1. Arrived, at Newcastle yesterday evening: Alhambra, from New Zealand. Sailed : The steamship City of Sydney for Auckland this afternoon.
