Sydney, November 30.. Messrs. Davis and Want have been retained by the Government to conduct the prosecution in the impending act in connection with the Milburn Creek Copper Mine award. SHIPPING. Melbourne, November 30. Arrived: The Union Company's steamship Rotomahana, from the Bluff, this morning. Sailed, this afternoon : The Union Company's steamship Arawata, for the Bluff. Messrs. A. G. Horton, E. M. Edgecumbe, and B. Tonks, of Auckland, are passengers by her. Some intending passengers and a considerable amount of cargo for New Zealand were shut out.
