THE GOVERNMENT AND ELECTORAL FORMS.
■ _ 4 I [by telegraph.—ows correspoiojent.] CKBiSTCHimcH, Friday. The reason o£ Mr. Andrews' question about registration forms yesterday was that when application was made at the office here for tlieni some people were told that they could not have any; thereupon one of the newspapers issued forms, and supplied them to the public gratis. In consequence, scores of voters have been added to the roll. Mr. Andrews also sent down a bundle from Wellington to a constituent. The neglect or disinclination of the Government to issue forms is much commented upon.
