Notice is hereby given' that a' sufficient nnmber of Creditors of the said William Henshaw not having attended the First Meeting of Creditors, appointed to be held on Thursday, the twenty-eighth day of July, 1881, in the Buildings of the Supreme Courthouse, Auckland, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, or at the adjournment thereof, on Friday, the 29th instant, at the same place and hour I have, in pursuance of tho 46th section of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," appointed Thomas Macffarlane, of Auckland, Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be the Creditors' Trusteo of the property of the said William Henshaw; and that the said Thomas Macffarlane has intimated to me, in writing, his acceptance of the said office.
