Notice is hereby given that It is proposed under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1870," to oxecuto a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road lying between the southern boundary of Te Kauri No. 1118, and tho north-eastern boundary of Waiomu Block, as a road-approach to Helensville Station, in the County of Waitemata, and for tho purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule horoto ore required to be taken ; and notice is farther given that the plans of tho said road, and of the lands so required to be taken, are deposited in the office of tho Station-master, Helenaville Station, and at the Public Works Office, Auckland, and are there open for inspection: And notice is hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to tho Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
