CUSTOMS REVENUE.

The revenue collected at the port of Auckland, for the year ending March 31, ISSI, was £235,961 4s, as against £213,434 15s 2d for the corresponding period in ISSO, showing an excess iu favour of ISSI of £22,52G Ss 10d. The revenue for the quarter ending March 31, 1881, is £3879 4* 10d in excess of that received duriug the corresponding: period of the previous year. The following is a comparative return showing tho net amount of Customs duties (after deducting refuuds) collected at tho port of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand (according to the several heads of revenue under mentioned), for the quarters ending respectively 31st March, 1880, and 31st March, 1SS1: Qr. ended "Ist Cor. qr. ended Heads of Revenue.
