The Emperor, in reply to an address, appealed to his subjects for aid in " extermHating'' sedition, meaning the Nihilists ; meanwhile Ru«sii'a ancient fo ■, Turkey, ia fidling to pieces, and will have to ba taken charge of by the Western Powers. The Queen, it ia stated, is suffering from a severe co'd, and ha 9 been adrised that perfect quiet is necessary for some weeks.
