The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the dispatch or arrival of the Trains at tho cxa t limes notified in tho above Tables., and, in the event of any cir.umstanees arising, either during or prior to the journey heiiv..' made, which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Tram to proceed, will return the Fares paid, bu' does not undertake to forward the Passengers. Passengers can be booked at Stations only on condition that there is room in the Train. Child.en under three years of age travel free ; aoove three and under fourteen years of age, half-faro. Horses, Carriages, &c.—The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Tiain ; but when sent, they must he at the forwarding Station half-au-hour before the departure of the Train. The Owners of Horses must proviile means for securing them in the Horse-box, and the Railway Department will not be accountable for any injurhs sustained through their orcaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country stations requisitiotLS for Horse-boxes or Carriage trucks must be made the day before they are wanted. Dogs must be provided with chains or other sufficient means of securing them. They will not be allowed in carriages, and the scndci must obtain a Ticket, t-. be given up before the end of the journev, iK-fore tho Dog is delivered. Returu Tickets, for distances not exceeding 25 mi es, are available on day of issue only ; for each addition .1 25 miles, or fi action thereof, one day extra is allowed, Kctuni or Periodical Tickets will not he available f.r Special and Excursion Trains, except when the Ordinary Time Table is suspended. All Tickets used for Returu later than the day of issue must be presented at the Ticket Window, and re-dated before the Passenger enters the Train for the Return Journey. Any Person neglecting to get his Ticket re-dated will have to pay tho Ordinary Fare. Ordinary Si'iglc Tickets, issued on Saturdays and Sundays, are a.-ailablc as Return Tickets until the end of the following Monday, whe:i re-dated as above. + FI.AO Stations.—Trains do not stop at these unle.-s required.
