"H.M.S. PINAFORE" COMPANY.

TO THS EDITOR. Sir, —I observe that at a meeting of Messrs. Harding and Grain's creditors on Friday last one of them asked how it happened that I appeared to have suffered so little from the disastrous voyage of " H.M.S. Pinafore." Will you permit me to answer the question? By some mistake, of which I am unable to offer explanation, Messrs. Harding and Crain have omitted to schedule me as a creditor. Perhaps they know that J should prefer no claim against men who have, so far as my observation has gone, honourably struggled against circumstances to meet their obligations.—l am, &c, Tom Riccardi. Albert Hotel, Saturday.
